Questions & booking policy
How do I secure my date?
Choose your session, pick a time and pay your deposit online. Your slot is reserved the moment payment goes through, and you'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need.
When is the remaining balance due?
The balance is due on the day of your session. You can also choose to pay in full when you book.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email to move your session up to 72 hours before your start time. Inside that window, please contact us directly.
What should I wear?
After booking you'll get a style guide. In short: solid colours and textures photograph beautifully, and bring options. Maternity clients can borrow gowns from the studio wardrobe.
How long until I get my photos?
Each package lists its turnaround, typically 5–10 business days. Need them sooner? Add expedited delivery when booking.
Can I bring guests?
Of course. Add each additional person in the add-ons step so we can plan lighting and posing for everyone.
Full booking policy
- A non-refundable deposit secures your date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
- Reschedule free of charge up to 72 hours before your session (once per booking).
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your session.
- Edited photos are delivered through a private online gallery within the turnaround stated in your package.
- RAW, unedited photos may not be posted without the photographer's consent.
